Wheels on the Bus go Round and Round

You know the song. It is one of those songs that you sing, and then you wake up at 3:00AM singing it and you can't go back to sleep. Anyway, the buses in Spartanburg will showcase the winners of the Mary Black Foundation's Champion Award winners. Announced this past Fall, Shelia Snoddy, Smith Barney Financial and the Library.
